We are a boutique Shipping Agent, specialising in luxury vessels cruising Papua New Guinea. Our offices are located in PNG and Australia.

Our service is determined by your level of expectation and our team is here to provide options that work best for you and your guests.

Our services AGENCY services include:

  • Clearances can be conducted at all ports outlined in the map below.

    All necessary paperwork to be submitted to us no later than 72hrs prior to arrival.

    Typically a team of four officials from Customs, Immigration, Health and Quarantine will board the vessel. A fifth person from our team will also be available.

  • All Crew & Guests arriving by sea, can enter with electronic Visas obtained through our agency. Paperwork for visas to be submitted with inward clearance documents no later than 72 hrs prior to vessel arrival.

  • Fuel is available at all major ports and some regional ports outlined in map below.

    We can arrange your permits, fuel quotes and berth bookings.

  • Locally sourced and imported provisions are available.

    There are daily flights from Australia to PNG, and Solomon Islands. We can source all your must have items and arrange for them to be delivered to you.

  • With the exception of technical stops, PNG Customs requires all foreign flagged vessels to obtain a Cruising Permit.

    This will be issued once all vessel clearance documents have been received.

  • A 10% Charter Tax will be applied for commercial charters onboard foreign flagged yachts.

    A copy of MYBA charter agreement to be attached with your inward clearance documents.

    MLYS (us) are licensed to collect the Tax on behalf of PNG Internal Revenue Commission.

  • A Coastal Trade License is required for all Commercial Passenger Carrying Vessels. The cost for this is determined by LOA.

  • Our in-house customs broker Jerry, has over 30 years history with PNG Customs, and specialises in Importation.

  • We have bonded stores for Goods in Transit.

    We have cold chain for all your provisions.
